What ages are the youth BJJ classes for?

Our youth BJJ program is designed for children ages 4 and up. Classes are grouped by age and skill level to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

Do you offer both Gi and No-Gi classes?

Yes, BAZA offers both Gi and No-Gi BJJ classes for adults and youth. Check our schedule page for specific class times.

Adult Program

ADULT
JIU-JITSU

Our adult program is built for anyone ready to step on the mat — from first-timers to competitors chasing podiums. Classes cover fundamental technique, live drilling, positional sparring, and open rolling in both Gi and No-Gi formats.

Every class is structured to challenge you at your level. You'll build real self-defense skills, improve your conditioning, and develop the mental toughness that only comes from grappling.

Our youth program gives children the tools to stand tall — on the mat and in life. Through age-appropriate BJJ instruction, kids develop focus, discipline, and unshakeable confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

Classes emphasize anti-bullying awareness, respect for others, goal-setting, and physical fitness. Every session is designed to be challenging and fun — because kids learn best when they're engaged.
